Alma Village in Waxhaw is a fantastic community of attached townhomes and single-family homes in a perfect location close to amenities, downtown Waxhaw and South Charlotte. You can also take advantage of lower Union County taxes and schools!

Located along Alma Boulevard from Providence Road South, Alma Village has everyday amenities right outside the neighborhood.

Highway 521 to Ballantyne is only 20 minutes from Alma Village via New Town and Marvin roads from Providence Road. I-485 access at Providence Road is approximately 15 minutes from Alma Village. It's approximately 40 minutes or 22 miles to Uptown Charlotte along Providence Road.
