The South Charlotte Polo View neighborhood was built in the 1990s when Tom Short Road was still mostly pasture land and Ardrey Kell dead-ended near what is now Blakeney Shopping Center.

The entrance to Polo View is located off Ardrey Kell Road at Longmont Drive and consists of only 2 streets - Longmont Drive and Flat Creek Drive.

Blakeney and The Fountains are within walking distance of Polo View for all sorts of shopping, dining and daily errands. Just a few minutes away is Stonecrest and Ballantyne Village for even more options and movie theaters.

Access to I-485 is 5 minutes away on Rea Road just past Stonecrest and can quickly get you to Pineville or I-77.

Homes in Polo View are either entirely vinyl siding or partial brick veneer. There are some ranch homes as well as 2-story traditional homes in the neighborhood. The well-kept lawns are approximately one-quarter of an acre or smaller.
