The Weddington Trace community is a beautiful enclave of homes located off New Town Road in bucolic Waxhaw in Union County.
The neighborhood is just a few minutes from Providence Road, South Charlotte/Ballantyne area and I-485 access while still feeling very rural and removed from the hustle and bustle of South Charlotte.
Some retail and daily essentials are located at New Town and Providence roads, while downtown Weddington is only a few minutes north on Providence Road for everything you need.
The center of Ballantyne for dining, retail and entertainment is only 11 miles away. An Uptown commute is approximately 20 miles away, while SouthPark is about 15 miles away.
