The popular Ballantyne community of Ballanmoor is within minutes of the area's best shopping and dining, as well as within walking distance to the top-rated Ardrey Kell High School!

Ballanmoor is located off Ardrey Kell Road between Rea and Marvin roads, directly across the street from the high school.

Nearby Blakeney shopping center is a mile away for a nice walk or a quick drive for dinner out or everyday essentials! Just 2.5 miles north on Rea Road is Stonecrest at Piper Glen, while the center of Ballantyne is about 3 miles from Ballanmoor. I-485 access is convenient at both Johnston and Rea roads.

Ballanmoor was supposed to be a custom home community before the market crashed. Following the recession, the land was sold and developed by Ryan, Pulte and Lennar Homes for development.

Since then, the community is thriving due in part to its fantastic location, school district and great homes.

The neighborhood is made up of large, estate-style homes with some fantastic upgrades and interior amenities. The community amenities inlcude a pool and clubhouse. There is also no shortage of nearby country clubs and golf courses for recreation and socializing. Ballantyne, Providence, Longview and Raintree are just a few of the nearby options.
