Via the interstates, Uptown is about 35 minutes depending on time of day and traffic. Everyday shopping is close along Providence Road or in Ballantyne, Stonecrest or Blakeney.

Currently, there are 21 Bromley Estates homes on the market. Three homes are resale and the rest are new construction. Twelve of the homes, most of which are pre-construction, are already under contract as of March 8.

Twenty homes sold in Bromley Estates during the last 12 months, which averages about 1.7 homes per month. That puts current inventory at nearly 13 months. Weddington inventory averages 8.4 months, while Union County averages 5 months inventory.

The only resale home sold during the last 12 months sold for 100% of list price at almost $1 million.

The average price of a home in Bromley Estates is $842,821 and just under $190 per square foot. Listed currently are homes priced from $593,000 to $1.366 million.
