Weddington's Rose Hill neighborhood offers Union County taxes and schools in a small, luxury home setting located close to South Charlotte and major thoroughfares for a convenient commute.

Rose Hill is located off Tilley Morris Road near the intersection of Weddington Matthews Road just south of Colonel Francis Beatty Park.

Rose Hill is a small enclave of approximately 50 homes and has green space and a community pond.
